For over two decades he has been the “go-to-man” of the CEOs.

Arvind has mentored and advised large overseas PE firms bringing sizeable foreign direct investment (FDI) in India. He has vast experience in leading Due Diligences of potential acquisitions and stabilising operations of PEs in India. He has advised PEs on medium scale M&A transactions right through the starting acquisition stage to its maturity.

Arvind, being the Registered Valuer with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India has expertise in carrying out Business Valuations applying International Accepted Valuation Standards and multiple valuation models. He has solid experience in carrying out valuation of intangibles like Brands, Patents, Customer Relationships, Software etc and doing Purchase Price Allocations.
